Returns

Please, follow the steps below to return your product:

  • Email info@zelesta.co with your order number, which item you'd like to return and its condition (unopened/opened).
  • Prepare your parcel. Print the label that you received from our customer service and stick it to the box. You can also write the address on the parcel.
  • Drop off your package at the chosen post office.

Can I return any product within 30 days?

Technically, you have the right to return any product within 30 days, as long as it's in its original condition. Ideally, you return the item(s) undamaged and in the original, unopened packaging.

I have a 14-day reflection period, right?

At most webshops, you have 14 days (after delivery) to return your unopened item(s). At Zelesta, you have up to 30 days to reflect on your purchase.

Do I have to pay for returns?

At Zelesta, you get a 30-day reflection period. If you wish to remove an item from its packaging, please limit this to 1 product per address for sustainability reasons. Besides, we remain the right to refuse returned items that have been opened.

On the other hand, we understand it's important that a product, such as a duvet, meets your requirements. In this case, we recommend you to check out our "How to pick the right duvet" page. This reduces the chance of having to return the product. Please, note that colours may vary slightly from the images.

If you received a free product from us during a promotion and wish to return the order, please remember to return it entirely, including the free product. If it isn't returned, additional costs can be charged.

Please, always contact our customer service before returning an opened or unopened item.

How will reimbursement be provided?

Once you have returned the goods, you'll receive a Track & Trace code, allowing you to track your order back to our warehouse. Would you like your return to be processed faster? Email us after arrival, and we'll take care of it right away.



If you wish to terminate or cancel a purchase order, we'll refund your payment no later than 14 days after we've been informed of your decision. Your refund will be processed via the original payment method, at no extra cost. Keep in mind that we might wait to refund you until we've received the item(s) back.

How does a refund with Klarna work?

You still have a 30-day reflection period. With Klarna, you choose to pay within 30 days as well. If you already paid before your return is sent or processed, Klarna will refund you the money.

Can I exchange items?

Exchanging works the same as returning an item and ordering a new one. Therefore, it's subject to our return conditions. If you've received a faulty product, please contact us, and we'll make sure to take care of it.
