Warranty & Complaints

Warranty

We care about the quality of our products and do our best to deliver them in perfect condition. If something does go wrong, don’t worry – you are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

  • Within 30 days – if your item is faulty, you can return it for a full refund including the original standard delivery costs.
  • Up to 6 months – you have the right to a repair or replacement. If that’s not possible, you may be entitled to a refund.
  • Faults within six months are assumed to have been present at delivery, unless proven otherwise.

These rights come on top of any warranty we provide. Claims reported within 30 days will always be resolved with a suitable solution. After this period, warranty does not usually cover normal wear, small cosmetic marks, or other minor issues that don’t affect use.

If you need to make a claim, simply email us at info@zelesta.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.

Refunds

  • For faulty goods returned within 30 days, you will receive a full refund including the original standard delivery costs.
  • If you cancel your entire order under the 14-day right of withdrawal, you will also receive a full refund including standard delivery costs.
  • If you only return part of your order, we will refund the value of the returned items, but delivery costs are not refunded.

If you have received the wrong item or a damaged order, please contact us at info@zelesta.co.uk before sending anything back. We will be happy to assist you and provide a free return label.

Refunds are always issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

Right of withdrawal

As an online shopper, you also have the right to change your mind. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please see our Returns Policy for details.

Complaints

Your experience matters to us. If something hasn’t gone as expected, please get in touch at info@zelesta.co.uk and we’ll do our very best to put things right quickly.

If we can’t resolve the issue together, you can always get free, independent advice from Citizens Advice. You may also request Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). While we’re not required to take part in ADR, you are always welcome to ask about this option.
